TriVita, Scam or Legitimate Opportunity?

One of the hallmarks of a scam is that they make unbelievable and untrue, usually fantastic claims of how much money can be made in a very short period of time with little or no effort. Does TriVita make such claims?

On the contrary, I've heard dozens of times from TriVita business affiliates that TriVita is not get rich quick. And I've read reports from new affiliates that they were contacted by TriVita after becoming a member just to make sure that nobody made any promises of earnings and that they understood what they were getting into.

TriVita affiliates teach, this is not an investment, if you become an affiliate, you are creating your own business that you will have to work and build if you want to grow a substantial residual income. Of course, since it is your business; you can work slow or you can just acquire customers through cooperative marketing and grow it that way; but you are going to have to devote your time and/or your money and/or your talent to grow your business.

And nobody at TriVita claims you can be making millions of dollars in a year or two.

All of that being said, here is one of the claims found here on the TriVita website:

"Today thousands of successful TriVita business owners enjoy the benefits of owning solid and proven businesses that provide consistent residual income and have competitive asset value."

TriVita is no scam.

Looking into TriVita's Sonoran Bloom, Nopalea

TriVita hasn't released a lot of info yet on the Sonoran Bloom line, so I've been reading what I can just on the Nopal Cactus and the multitude of health benefits attributed to these cacti from the Sonoran Desert.

Now, remember, this information is not from TriVita nor do I know yet that these qualities apply to the Trivita Sonoran Bloom line, or the announced products (Opuntia Liquid Concentrate and Streptocantha topical gel)

These are just health benefits credited to the Nopalea (Prickly Pear) Cactus by others--and I'm too excited to wait for more details from TriVita.

Ok, so disclaimers aside, these are some of the health benefits claimed by others for this desert plant.
  • reduction of hyperglycemia(high blood sugar)
  • reduction of LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels
  • treatment of atherosclerosis(cardiovascular inflammation causing plaque in blood vessels
  • colon cleansing
  • stimulates the healing of gastric ulcers and gastrointestinal inflammation
  • combat oxidative stress (it's an anti-oxidant)
  • stimulate and regulate immune function and liver function
  • hangover treatment and remedy
  • eliminates metabolic syndrome which leads to obesity
  • etc.
Remember, I don't know what the Sonoran Bloom line by TriVita will be designed to accomplish on our road to health and wellness, but just the possibilities are very exciting to me!!

And once again, I think that if TriVita was a scam, they wouldn't have to go to the extreme lengths of development and research on every new product. I understand the Sonoran Bloom line has been in development and testing for years.

Trivita and Diabetes....Is it a SCAM??

One of the things that reassures me that TriVita is not a scam is the scientifically based and doctor developed products.

And a great example of this is in the two products that I have noticed are particularly beneficial for diabetics.

The First product is Stevia and is actually beneficial for anyone who is now using another artificial sweetener or even anyone using sugar and not just better for diabetics.

Benefits include:

  • Healthier alternative to sugar
  • Nourishes the pancreas
  • Won’t cause tooth decay
  • Nutritionally supports healthy digestion and gastrointestinal function
  • Does not raise blood sugar
Stevia has very recently been approved by the FDA. Prior to that although stivia has long been widely used worldwide and has been considered much safer than the artificial sweeteners marketed in the United States. Stevia, also known as Sweetleaf Stevia, and it's extracts could be marketed in the U.S. but only as a food and not as a sweetener.

Stevia is the only artificial sweetener available to us that is made from a herb. All of the other artificial sweeteners were developed in a lab and are chemically made. And, of course, all of the other artificial sweeteners have been tied to various serious health problems. In contrast Aspartame marketed as NutraSweet and Equal is considered by some to be by far the most dangerous substance on the market that is added to foods. Aspartame accounts for over 75% of the adverse reactions to food additives reported to the US FDA. Many of these reactions are very serious, including seizures and death as recently disclosed in a February 1994 Department of Health and Human Services report.

In addition, it is much sweeter than sugar (10-15 times sweeter) with none of the health risks associated with sugar. Food and drink companies in the U.S.A. are now developing products sweetened with the healthy alternative.

Studies have found that Stevia usage involves zero health risk. The sweetener stevia comes from Stevia Rebaudiana, an herb in the Chrysanthemum family which grows wild in parts of Paraguay and Brazil and has been used to sweeten since the 1800's and possibly earlier. It has been thoroughly tested in dozens of tests worldwide and proven to be completely non-toxic. And although any one with a diabetic condition should consult their physician before use, stevia does not raise blood sugar levels and if fact some studies suggest it may lower blood sugar.

Trivita markets a liquid version of Stevia (www.trivitacentral.com).
=====================================

The Second is called GlucoBalance Formula. This product has multiple benefits for anyone attempting to stabilize their blood sugar. The promoted benefits include:
  • Help reduce insulin resistance
  • Stimulate insulin production
  • Decrease carb cravings
  • Promote weight loss

The Trivita.com website also has on this and other products testimonials from actual customers who use the products.

* You should not stop taking any medication without first consulting your health care provider.

-------------------------------------------------------

And finally, these and all other TriVita products have a 60 day money back guarantee. That shows me they have faith in their products.

Foundational Values of Trivita

One of the reassuring things to me about Trivita in my evaluation of it's legitimacy and to determine if it is a scam is their list of foundational values. These are the principles by which they evaluate potential products and their committment to their customers.

I believe that so many of the so-called health and wellness companies only value is the products' abilities to produce a profit----doesn't matter if they work, doesn't matter if the ingredients are of high quality. They don't do research and they don't guarantee their product or customer satisfaction.

The TriVita claim is that every essential nutrient meets these 10 foundational values and comes with a guarantee of customer satisfaction.

Here are the "10 Foundational Values" quoted from the TriVita website:

Our medical board uses their extensive health and nutrition knowledge to approve proprietary TriVita supplements based on the latest scientific research and the health and wellness concerns of our Members.

Unlike other supplements that can be difficult to absorb, TriVita supplements are developed for maximum absorption and effect.

Signature products from TriVita undergo medical studies and trials at accredited universities and medical centers to ensure their effectiveness.

TriVita uses the highest-quality essential nutrients available to create effective, body-friendly formulas without caffeine, mood altering stimulants or harmful chemicals.

We voluntarily adhere to the strict manufacturing guidelines of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

In addition to our own quality control, we commission third-party testing and research to guarantee that our products are full potency and meet all regulatory standards.

Safety is a top priority in our packaging and manufacturing; we inspect each product at least 10 times and use two safety seals per package on all ingestible products to guarantee safety, freshness, and product potency.

TriVita partners with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the American College of Family Physicians (ACFP) to provide continuing education programs - teaching family physicians to share natural health solutions with their patients.

TriVita's advisory panel of Board Certified physicians provide us with the latest information on scientific developments and testing methods.

We promise to provide the best customer experience possible and offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products.

Can I make money with Trivita?

Probably more to the point to anyone reading this blog....Can you make money with Trivita or Can anyone make money with Trivita?

Well, I'm certain nobody is going to get rich quick with Trivita. In fact, the Trivita websites and phone conferences and recorded calls are very clear on the point that this is not a method to get rich quick.

I'm thinking that anyone can make money with Trivita if they are willing to invest in their future. You've heard that it takes money to make money. With Trivita you will have to invest a certain amount of money....how much money, time and effort you invest in your Trivita business will directly impact how much money you make in return. I mean, doesn't that make sense? Isn't that the way it is with any real business?

With Trivita, you have a choice. There are different ways to make money. Maybe all you want to put into your business is money....that will work. Maybe you want to invest minimal capital and instead want to build your business through introducing others to the business or to the products......It's your business; you decide.

The difference here is the business model of Trivita is much stronger than what you find in any other home-based business model. Trivita is a customer based business. This is not like any other home-based business or like any multi-level marketing or network marketing format I've found. And it is this difference which makes it possible for anyone to make money with Trivita.

YOU get to decide how many customers you want to profit-share with Trivita.

YOU decide how much money you want to make.

Details on the Trivita Business Opportunity HERE

By the way....after several more weeks of investigation...no sign of any scams with Trivita!
